This paper aims to make clear their CATRQ company facing internal and external environment,the research results to guide the CATRQ company development strategy formulation,allows CATRQ to choose the appropriate development strategy,to provide suggestions for CATRQ company internal promotion and improvement,so that it can effectively enhance the competitiveness,make the foundation for future monopoly get rid of the competition.Competition firstly,using "PEST" method and the "five-forces model" of CATRQ company's external macro environment and industry were analyzed,and found the external opportunities faced by CATRQ company Faced with the threat of.CATRQ company external opportunities including national policy opportunities,local coal gas policy opportunities,consumers support the use of natural gas industry technology development opportunities,opportunity,threat to competitors small opportunities,potential entrants at low risk for the opportunity to present buyers bargaining ability weak opportunities;external threats include the new normal investment the threat of weakening consumer driven,urban threat slowed down,the price of alternative energy to the threat and the threat of a strong bargaining power of suppliers.Secondly,analyzes the internal resources,the CATRQ government in the organizational image and brand building,and social resources Use,cost control,gas sale channel construction,new construction and maintenance of the old user user service level etc.have certain advantages;its disadvantage lies in the innovation of management and organization change,ensure the normal supply capacity in peak gas,transmission and distribution of advanced technology acquisition and innovation,station location and construction ability,market development the ability of QHSE,the ability of information management,perfect management system and implementation capacity,gas pipeline network construction and maintenance and other aspects of human resources.Based on the above results again as the basis of its strategic objectives,by using IE matrix that development of company CATRQ,determined by SWOT matrix method Five alternative strategies for CATRQ company to choose,the qualitative analysis of five kinds of development strategy,quantitative analysis,find out the development strategy of CATRQ company at present should be suitable for should be in the region to accelerate the implementation of market penetration strategy;strategy to rebuild as soon as possible within the company,to overcome their disadvantages;with make specific plans the priority of investment resources development level of diversification strategy,relying on the natural gas sales,the development of a variety of products,to provide more refined service;strategic alliance needs careful selection of CATRQ company,the use of external opportunities,carefully selected partners,until the internal allocation of resources reasonably implemented.Have a more favorable external environment support,more timely with the policy support,the implementation of market development strategy,promote the rapid development of CATRQ company.Finally,CATRQ company's market development,information network management,organizational change and management innovation,QHSE management system,five aspects of human resource management ability,put forward the improvement advice.
