| Pure electric vehicles as emerging in the field of car industry is gradually rising.Development of pure electric vehicles is the world development direction of future auto industry,is also an important part of the Chinese government focus on promoting industry structure adjustment.At present the pure electric vehicle market is "failed to sell",high costs are the decisive factors hindering consumers buying pure electric vehicles.Accelerate the industrialization of pure electric vehicles in our country determines the cost control of automobile manufacturing enterprises not only limited to the manufacturing process,and should focus on the whole life cycle cost,implement comprehensive cost optimization.Design phase is the front end of the product whole life cycle,decided more than seventy percent of the total life cycle cost,thus pure electric family car whole life cycle cost optimization research lies in the design phase of the product cost of comprehensive control.To provide the designer with lower electric family car whole life cycle cost decision-making,improve the product’s market share,this paper mainly studies the pure electric family cars total life cycle cost estimation and optimization.Firstly,this paper reviews the research achievements at home and abroad,explains the relevant concepts and theories,has been clear about the content of electric family car cost optimization;Secondly,analyses the current situation and problems of cost estimation and cost optimization,combined with the electric family car component of total life cycle cost,select least square method to estimate the electric family car whole life cycle cost.this method set strongpoint of regression analysis,principal component analysis,partial correlation analysis;Based on the mapping relationship between design parameters,Therewith the customer demand,enterprise technical feasibility,budget and profitability for the enterprise are needed to set up an optimization model.The whole life cycle cost optimization model get the minimum whole life cycle cost and the optimal design parameter combination based on nonlinear mathematical programming After systematic theoretical discussions and model building,this article takes the market eleven electric family cars as an example,verifying the validity of the model.The optimized results show that the purchase,operation maintenance phase or recycling scrap stage,range,battery capacity is the key to affect the cost of pure electric household car design parameters,at the beginning of the design is appropriately reducing the battery capacity,range,selecting reasonable vehicle power battery based on customers daily needs can effectively reduce the electricfamily car whole life cycle cost. |
