In recent years,the rapid development of our hotel also ushered in a number of challenges,how to improve service quality,and continuously improve service efficiency,improve customer satisfaction and then improve the occupancy rate;how to innovate service content,improve customer service experience,become all types of hotels The primary question of the manager's thinking.In this context,the relevant research of service innovation has been paid more and more attention because of its great effect on improving hotel service quality and improving customer satisfaction and hotel profit.On the basis of comprehensive and detailed research on the existing research,this paper explores its impact on the innovation of hotel service from three aspects: market orientation,team culture and organizational learning,and the high-end hotels,hotels and themed hotels in domestic cities are The research object,through the primary data empirical analysis of the existing hotel on the importance of service innovation and how to achieve service innovation,and then verify the impact of hotel service innovation factors.In this paper,we use the method of network survey to carry on the data research,use the structural equation model to test the hypothesis model.Finally,according to the analysis result,some suggestions are put forward to improve the hotel performance innovation.(1)In the impact of market orientation(customer orientation,competition orientation,cross-sectoral coordination)on the two dimensions of hotel service innovation performance,competition-oriented and cross-sectoral coordination have a significant positive impact on employee service innovation;customer orientation,The impact of competition and cross-sectoral coordination on the development of new hotel services are not significant;customer-oriented impact on employee service innovation is not significant.(2)the influence of team culture on the two dimensions of hotel service innovation,the team cohesion has no significant effect on the development of new service of hotel enterprises;team support,teamwork and team cohesion have significant influence on the innovation performance of hotel employees' service;Team Support and Team Collaboration The impact of new servicedevelopment for hotel companies is significant.(3)Organizational learning has a significant impact on employee service innovation and the development of new services.(4)customer orientation on the impact of hotel staff service innovation and the development of new services in the organizational learning are mediating role;cross-sectoral coordination of the impact of the development of new hotel services in the organization also has a significant intermediary role;cross-sectoral coordination of staff service innovation The effect of organizational learning in the intermediary role is not established.Research enlightenment :(1)Create a team culture that is conducive to employee innovation.(2)Develop long-term innovation processes that are conducive to new service development.(3)Establish a system conducive to employee participation in service innovation.(4)Building a unique corporate culture of hotel companies.
