With the development of globalization and the knowledge-based economy, technological conditions, network resources and competitive atmosphere have changed dramatically, so companies need to constantly change the leadership and development strategies to adapt to the new environment facing. More and more enterprises pay more attention to learning and innovation, to achieve sustainable development. In this environment, learning cultural theory and organizational innovation has become the focus of scholars and managers.Learning culture is a kind of particular cultural type, affecting the values of the organization and members, attitudes, ideas, and rooted in the internal organization, provides organizations with a code of conduct for all activities and behaviors to guide the organization. Core of learning culture is innovation, continuous innovation is the driving to force organization evolving, learning culture as a culture types are considered to have a high degree of organizational innovation correlation.Howerver, the research of finding the way how can learning culture influence organizational innovation almost focus on the features or characteristics of a learning culture, and the research of the relationship between learning culture strength,learning culture matching and organizational innovation is relatively few. Learning culture strength on behalf of employees and managers within the organization to share the extent of learning culture values advocated on behalf of the depth of a learning culture。Only increase the strength of the organization’s culture, can business succeed. Any organizational innovation implementation is done by the member-driven organization, only if the employee values match the organizational culture, can we make organizational innovation to proceed smoothly. Therefore, how the learning culture affect the organization innovation through learning culture strength and learning culture matching degree? It has an important theoretical significance and practical significance.The research is as follows:(1) through the previous literature, this study summarizes the status of previous studies to define the learning organization, learning culture, organizational innovation, and figure out that the previous studies about learning culture and organizational innovation are mostly concentrated in the characteristics of learning culture.(2) this study comes up with research issues and directions that it will study on the relationgship between the learning culture and organisational innovation from the perspective of learning culture strength and learning culture matching degree.Then this study differentitates a learning culture into two dimensions-learning culture strength and learning culture matching, differentitate organizational innovation into two dimensions,-management innovation and technological innovation, then put forward the hypothesis of this paper; by drawing on previous research scale, writer adapts for thisstudy design scales;(3) writer analyses by using SPSS software.Firrst, I study on whether employees of different education levels and job has significant differences on learning culture strength and matching perception and the perception of organizational innovation, and then on the relationship between learning culture, organizational innovation and the various dimensions.In this paper, by studying the learning culture and organizational innovation relations, the study draws the following management aspects: first, the learning culture provide good conditions and safeguards for organizational innovation. Improving organizational innovation,we need to focus on building a learning culture. Secondly, when building a learning organization culture, we should focus on two aspects of the building, the strength of a learning culture and learning culture matching degree. Learning culture strength-building and the construction of a learning culture matching both need our attention. Focusing only on building a learning culture strength, ignoring the learning culture matching degree,it will be reduced to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational innovation, and vice versa. Third, in the process of building a learning culture must adhere to the people-oriented.The impact of learning culture is the impact on the organization of "people" in nature. When we focus on the culture in the buiding of the learning organisation, we should also pay attention to the influence learning culture play in improving the economy and efficiency.Previous studies mostly from the aspects of the characteristics of a learning culture or connotation to study the relationship between the learning culture and organizational innovation, this paper focuses on the mechanism of culture and innovation from the matching degree and learning culture strength two aspects. Proved the positive impact of learning culture on organizational innovation, and also proves that how to properly use the strength of the learning culture and cultural compatibility to effectively promote the innovation of the organization, as well as the learning cultural strength and cultural compatibility respectively the different influence to the management innovation and technological innovation, so as to enrich and develop the learning culture and the related theory of organization innovation.So the study has certain theoretical significance. In this paper, at the same time, points out that the enterprises must attach importance to the integration of cultural strength and cultural compatibility, both hands to grasp, at the same time to identify the learning cultural strength and cultural compatibility mechanism of management innovation, technological innovation, focusing on the key, in order to enhance organizational learning ability, and improve the level of organization innovation.So the study has strong practical guiding significance.
