Work-family conflict with our country entering an aging society and increasingly highlight,heavy work task,and most people in the family is in the midst of the monumental exploits of stage,this is bound to lead to role conflict each other,that is to say,due to work or work to makes it hard for the individual to family responsibility and care,resulting in a work-family conflict.So the research about work-family conflict has caused extensive concern of academia and practice circle.But as of today,based on our country's basic national conditions of work-family conflict research still stays in the primary stage,there are few related research results.This study aimed at the status quo,in view of the authors work in convenience,federation of industry and work on work-family conflict impact on employee job involvement to delve into.The study adopts literature research and the real survey and the combination of large sample questionnaire survey,in view of the Shangqiu to state-owned enterprises,private enterprises,private enterprises,foreign capital and joint venture of work-family conflict,emotional exhaustion,and a lot of research on employee job involvement.To employees as the research subject,this study mainly discusses the employee's work-family conflict then explores its mechanism,the analysis work-family conflict through the mediating role of emotion depletion for important influence on employee job involvement,the empirical analysis of work-family conflict for an enterprise to generate huge losses and huge damage to employees,including severe physical aspects of the burnout,work efficiency and the reducing of the family happiness,and so on,and then on work-family conflict and job involvement as well as the relationship between emotional exhaustion by SPSS statistical analysis software,the analysis of relevant data,to study the work-family conflict,emotional exhaustion,and the interaction between job involvement.The empirical study results show that the work-family conflict has certain prediction effect on mood have been depleted,work-family conflict on job involvement and complete mediation effect on emotional exhaustion,job involvement on work-family conflict and the positive impact of emotional exhaustion.According to the results of empirical research,in order to ensure the company and the enterprise the management efficiency and promote enterprise's value,effectively adjust the employee's work-family conflict at the same time,improve the loyalty of the staff own happiness and to businesses and households,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions in order to solve the contradiction between work and home,easing work-family conflict,improve enterprise benefit form a harmonious social environment.First of all,in the work way of thinking the enterprises should establish people-oriented corporate values,to develop a series of policies to promote staff family friendly,establish and develop work-family the coordinated development of the enterprise culture,increase incentives for staff their families at the same time;Next on the management idea,want to keep up with The Times,the concept of managers to do update,so as to better support the implementation of policies;Furthermore,in terms of business support,to increase the intensity of support,widen the channel of the support,and to realize enterprise and society support and help to solve this problem;Finally,in terms of salary,we need to improve employee compensation benefits,improve staff working environment.
