At present, more and more professional women play the important role in the management and professional jobs in the organization, they are facing both opportunities for development and tremendous pressure. Professional women are asked to simultaneously play the dual roles of work and family. If professional women in double pressure for a long period, their job burnout will enhance, so the study on the work family conflict becomes inevitable. At the same time, employees’ emotion gradually to be commercialized, then the emotional expression and management become the important part of their job role. Due to the dual pressures of the organizations to formulate or potentially emotional expression, employees often work in the emotional disorders or hiding real emotions, eventually leading to increased work pressure and job burnout.This study consider that the job burnout of professional women playing the dual role, not only from the work area of the emotional labor, but also could come from family life, or because the work family conflict affects their work performance. Therefore, this paper takes the service professional women in Jiangxi province as the research object, and attempts to establish the model of relationship among the emotional labor, work family conflict and job burnout, in order to allow more scholars focus on the new issues of professional women’ emotional labor and work family conflict. The paper studies the statistical analysis of the related variables, inspected the mechanisms of work family conflict and professional women emotional labor, and probe the relationship between them and job burnout. At the same time, put forward related recommendations about reducing the issues on professional women’job burnout and work family conflict.The conclusions of this thesis are:(1) Professional women’ emotional labor are positively correlated with their job burnout, the surface behavior dimension of emotional labor can positively predict job burnout,the deep behavior dimension of emotional labor can negative forecast job burnout.(2) Professional women’ work family conflict and its dimensions are positively correlated with their job burnout, and they all can positively predict job burnout.(3) Professional women’ emotional labor is positively correlated with work family conflict and its two dimensions,the surface behavior dimension of emotional labor can positively predict work family conflict. (4) Professional women’ work family conflict play an intermediary role between the surface behavior dimension of emotional labor and dehumanization dimension of job burnout.(5) Result indicates that part dimensions of professional women’ emotional labor, work family conflict and job burnout are significantly different based on the demographic variables.
