Small and medium sized enterprises are the economic basis of the economic and social development of a country.The key to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the talent.Related research shows that the lack of incentives will make employees can only play a less than half of the potential,and effective scientific incentives can make their potential to play a multiplier.But the recognition of the importance of pay management of SMEs in China is still inadequate: There is no correlation between the compensation incentive and the over all development strategy of the enterprise.The enterprise pays no attention to fairness and lack of scientific nature in the design of salary,and the salary design has no advanced management theory as the basic support.All these problems have seriously affected the further development of human resources of small and medium enterprises in our country.They have a very negative impact on how to retain and use the talents of small and medium enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the employees' salary incentive system in the small and medium enterprises in China.In this paper,the literature and the theory of salary incentive system is reviewed,taking Henan A company as the research object,the author integrated application of business management theory,questionnaire survey and interviews,to carry out research on its staff salary incentive system and its optimization.The main research contents include the following two aspects.First of all,the author discusses the present situation of Henan A company's salary incentive system from four aspects: the salary level,the salary structure,the salary system and the incentive means,questionnaires and field interviews were used to make a preliminary evaluation of the pay satisfaction,from which the main problems of Henan A company's salary incentive system were analyzed.Secondly,combined with the development of Henan A company,the author puts forward the design principles and general ideas of the optimization scheme of salary incentive system and the design method of salary incentive system.Namely the evaluation and design of post order rank,salary structure and salary level,the initial salary incentive program,the author finally designed the Henan A company salary incentive system preliminary optimization program;Safeguard measures are put forward,including the formulation of the strategy oriented compensation system,additional long-term incentive mechanism,the implementation of diversified salary incentive mode,pay attention to the intrinsic incentive effect of organization system and culture and improve the compensation assessment system.The above research has certain reference value for the optimization and adjustment of Henan A company's salary incentive system.
