Research On Purchasing Strategy Of TG Project

As per the reform and opening up policy deployed,China's economy has been well developed with many industries booming up.One of the critical reasons of the great success is the introduction of overseas technology as well as the knowledge of management to domestic enterprises,in which,the purchasing management theory plays more and more important role.The well-known sayings from Jack Welch former CEO of GE ‘Only purchasing and sales departments will achieve profit margin in a company and other department will create overhead expenses'.Medical equipment industries as one of the fastest growing industries in the world today,pay more attention to new product developing.However,there is a big gap of purchasing management in project between PN and advanced enterprise.If the purchasing management activities in project are not good,it will bring more risk for TG project and mass-produce.So researching purchasing management is necessary.Researching purchasing management should focus on schedule and decision of TG pre-project.Purchasing management in this stage will give a way to the target.The paper combines with TG project,citing the relevant purchasing management knowledge,researching the problem.This paper researches the purchasing management activities on the project planning and design stage.Two activities ‘in/outsourcing,commodity strategy' will bring great influence.In/outsourcing judge if the goods can be outsourced or not.Through the analysis can make the limited resource of the enterprise can be used reasonably.Through the research on commodity strategy can make everyone know how to purchase each one commodity.Reduce waste of resources by different opinions from different people.Through the two activities can make everyone know what activities are right in the project.Reduce risk of supplier development and risk of material selection.The paper researches the purchasing management activities of TG project planning and design stage.Identified three activities have a significant influence in on new product development project and mass-produce.The paper gives an in-depth analysis and research on the two purchasing management activities,expounding the contents and methods of eachactivity,regulating the formation of standardization work,providing a useful reference for the medical device products enterprises in the new product development project.
