Research On TSK&F Purchasing Strategy Optimization

With the development of science, supply chain management has become the third profit spring behind reasonable resource utilization and labor efficiency enhancement. The competition among enterprises has evolved into supply chain competition, purchasing strategy management has become one of the most important way to achieve flexibility management, low cost and market suitability.In order to have a complete and scientific research on TSK&F purchasing strategy, we firstly reviewed lots of literature and data,then analyse the influencing factor to site circumstance and our site strength, weakness, opportunity, threaty. Later we built up the purchasing strategy that is RM localization, vendor relationship management JIT purchasing mode and VMI inventory strategy, then make the benefit analysis. RM localization and VMI are the basis of JIT purchasing mode, it really achieve the aim of low inventory and flexibility management. Vendor relationship management strategy ensure we can build up stable, win-win, cooperative and transparent strategic partner relationship. TSKF supplier performance evaluation system facilitate purchasing management to go on in a continuous and healthy road. Finally generate the purchasing process optimization plan aiming at shortening the lead time, enhancing the quality, reducing the cost and adapting the rapid market change.
