Closed-loop supply chain management has become an important part of China's sustainable development.The research on production decision-making in closed-loop supply chain management is of great practical significance to the development of circular economy by improving the recycling rate of resources under the premise of protecting the environment.It also has a positive effect on the realization of China's "Industrial 4.0 Plan".It is helpful to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of circular economy by analyzing the production decision-making problem under different situations in closed-loop supply chain.In this paper,we first introduce the related contents of closed-loop supply chain management and production decision-making.Under the competitive environment of oligopoly market,we use the Game Theory and Lagrangian multiplier method to carry out the modeling and discussed the optimal production plan of the manufacturer and the remanufacturer in two stages.Summarizes the relationship between the remanufacturing production plan and the value discount,the recovery rate of used products.For the manufacturing enterprises with their own actual situation to rational distribute new products and remanufacturing products production plan provides a reference.Secondly,for the production decision-making of closed-loop supply chain with unidirectional alternative products,this paper uses the alternative theory to construct the two-stage closed-loop pricing and production planning model with the aim of maximizing the profit of the manufacturer itself,and explores the manufacturer's consideration of the optimal pricing and production of new products with a one-way alternative to remanufacturing products.On the basis of this study,numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of the change of the alternative parameters on the pricing and the quantity of production.Finally,it is suggested that the alternative measures adopted by the manufacturers will help to improve the overall profit of the enterprise.Thirdly,for the production decision-making of closed-loop supply chain with two-way substitution of products,this paper makes use of the interdependence between products,taking into account the four kinds of new products and remanufacturing products to replace each other and establish profit-oriented production plan model,and explores the manufacturer's optimal production decision in this situation.On this basis,combined with numerical simulation to analyze the relationship between the optimal production of the manufacturer and the alternative parameters between the two products,and proposed recommendations for production decisions that apply to manufacturers while producing alternative new products and remanufactured products.With the continuous development of circular economy development model in China,the research on production decision-making in closed-loop supply chain will be carried out from more angles and deeper aspects,and to explore more realistic research to provide a feasibility proposal for the green development of China's manufacturing enterprises.
