Research On Russian Investment Climate

A favorable investment climate is an important factor in attracting investments for structural adjustment of the economy,introduction of innovative developments,increasing the fixed assets of enterprises,improving the living standards of the population and rapid economic growth of the state.The investment climate in any country is one of the main factors of the general economic situation.The rise in the economy is largely promoted by effective investment activity,which serves as an important lever for economic recovery.At the moment,the Russian economy is in crisis,which affects all spheres of life of Russians and,first of all,on the social sphere,which in turn causes social tension in the society.Investments are attracted to help the state overcome the economic crisis.Investments are designed to raise and develop production,increase its capacity,technological level.But a number of problems hinder a sufficient flow of investments,such as: bureaucracy,imperfection of the legislative base,backward infrastructure.It should be noted that in 2014 there was a sharp increase in political risks due to the coup d'état in Ukraine and the sanctions policy of the West.Thus,the number of existing problems in the country has increased.Another factor of instability in the economic situation in Russia was a rapid decline in 2014-2015.Prices for oil,Against the background of these events,there was a sharp weakening of the Russian currency.Our country is forced to seek investment partners in the East.It happen because there are Western sanctions against the Russian Federation.One of such partners can be China,a country that already has a positive history of relations with Russia and successfully implemented projects in various sectors.As a result of the above facts,the development of investment cooperation with China has turned Russia into the most promising direction of its foreign economic policy.China is also ready to develop investment relations with Russia.This article discusses joint Russian-Chinese investment mechanisms,describes factors that hinder the influx of Chinese investors into the Russian Federation,and possible ways to eliminate them.Providing a favorable investment climate in Russia is a matter of strategic importance.From the implementation of this project depends on socio-economic dynamics,the effectiveness of participation in the global division of labor.In general,the Russian government is purposefully and consistently taking measures to improve the investment climate and increase the investment attractiveness of Russia.This is facilitated by constantly improved legislation in the tax and banking sectors,landreform,simplification of the registration of foreign legal entities and protection of their interests,the operation of special economic zones,the establishment of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
