Since 2008,the ruble has been devalued within a certain range,but the magnitude is not great.In 2009 and 2013,the exchange rate remained at around 30,but entered the 2014 exchange rate from $ 1 to 33 rubles rose to 40 rubles,and continued depreciation,on December 16,the exchange rate reached $ 1 exchange 64 ruble.Since then the 2014 ruble depreciation rate of nearly 50%,becoming the world's largest decline in the currency.A significant devaluation of the ruble indicates the arrival of Russia's economic difficulties,the outflow of domestic capital,and the decline in foreign investment in Russia.The volatility of the Russian rupee exchange rate is the result of internal and external factors.At present,the study of the devaluation of the currency in Russia is particularly important because the currency crisis,which has been devalued by the Russian rubles since December,not only affects the physical industries such as the Russian financial industry,the energy export industry,the real estate industry,the daily life of the Russian residents Also had a great impact,and its impact has a lot of contradictions.In this complex situation,industry as the leading industry of the Russian national economy in the restoration of the Russian economy to play a huge role.This article focuses on the study of the impact of the devaluation of the ruble on the Russian heavy and heavy industry,describing and evaluating the measures taken by the Russian government to deal with the negative effects of devaluation.
