Research On The Coordination Degree Of Employment Structure And Industrial Structure Change In Henan Province

The industrial structure and employment structure are interrelated and interacted each other.To realize economic well operation,what we should do is achieving the coordinated development between the industrial structure and employment structure.Since carrying out the reform and opening policies,with the continuous development of our national economy,optimize the industrial structure upgrade is not harmonious with the development of Henan industrial structure and employment structure.The development of employment structure lags behind the development of the industrial structure,which influences the optimize and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,the studying about the coordination degree of Henan province in industrial structure and employment structure,which not only can optimize the structure of employment,improve the quality of employment,but also further promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,then realize coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure.Which has great significance.Based on the data of Henan statistical yearbook,this paper reviews the development and evolution of industry and employment from 1978 to 2015.Use descriptive statistics method analyzes the evolution trend of each employment structure and the industrial structure in Henan province,make compare with other typical provinces and cities,and then study the matching rate combined with the evolution trend of the matching condition analysis.By using the statistical analysis method,the relevant data of the statistical yearbook are calculated and integrated,and then employment elasticity of the industrial structure and employment structure of Henan province is calculated.Based on the analysis of structural deviation,this paper discusses the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Henan province.Finally,it makes an empirical analysis of the causality between the three industrial employment structure and industrial structure in Henan province by using econometric model Granger causality test.It indicates that the development of employment structure in Henan lags behind the industrial structure,and there is still a gap between the development level of the developed provinces and cities.The deviation degree of industrial structure and employment structure is obvious,what is a serious asymmetry,and results that the employment structure can not keep up with the pace of industrial development.The changes of industrial structure are the reasons of employment structure.It shows that,in order to realize the coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure,it is necessary that providing countermeasures to support the development of the industrial structure and employment structure,develop the new-style agriculture,encourage enterprises to innovate and intensify the development of service industry,increase investment in education and training and so on.Only in this way,can we finally realize the continuous optimization of industrial structure and employment structure upgrading.
