With the speeding up of global economic integration and the arrival of the knowledge Economy Age,enterprises are faced with the more and more complicated business environment,the pressure from the enhanced market competition is becoming fiercer.In the final analysis the competition between the enterprises is the competition of the human resources.Human resources become the primary resources of the enterprises management.At present,when many businesses lost a large number of talents and the enterprise staff turnover rates increased has brought great harm to the sustainable development of the enterprises.This article which based in the relevant theory of incentive mechanism as an object to Henan Highway Port(Group)Co.,Ltd for researching,using the way of analyzing the compensation and questionnaire,according to asking questions,analyzing and solving problems to investigate about the motivation of the Henan Highway Port(Group)Co.,Ltd's staff.The paper put forward the causes of Henan Highway Port(Group)Co.,Ltd's motivate mechanism by searching for the literature,doing the questionnaire surveys,making the mathematical statistics and so on.Simultaneously,the analysis proposes reasonable suggestions about the present situation of Henan Highway Port(Group)Co.,Ltd's motivate mechanism to raise the level of Henan Highway Port(Group)Co.,Ltd's staff motivation,promote the development of group.
