Changing the salary incentive system is of great significance for G company to obtain better development and competitive advantage in the new era of Internet economy,and it is an urgent task for G company to reform and perfect the salary incentive system.Analysis of the current situation of G company's salary incentive through the combination of change after the reorganization of the strategic and operational areas,targeted to design a set of effective mobilization and improve the stability of the working enthusiasm of the staff,the existing enterprise core talent,attract social mature personnel salary incentive scheme.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is preface,introduces the background,research purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad and the main research contents and research methods;the second part is the main part of the involved in the process of this study,the theory and concepts described,and from the G company profile,G the company's human resources management status quo and problems of G company,the problems of human resource management in several aspects such as the analysis of G company human resources management status,and then through the experience of human resource management mode of enterprises at home and abroad,draw the final conclusion: the strategy of G company incentive employees in human resource management,salary,some actual problem management facing.And some feasible suggestions are put forward by using salary incentive method.
