The Research Of The Influence On Entrepreneurship By Quality Of Government

In the past three decades,China’s government has played a very important role in the rapid growth of China’s economy.At the same time,the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of government policies have provided abundant materials for individual entrepreneurship.At present,there are a large number of scholars having a lot of discussion on the influential factors,but these studies either focus on individual characteristics,or focus on a certain dimension of quality of government.There is no research on the quality of government,which is a comprehensive indicator.Based on the basic characteristics of China’s transitional stage,this paper analyzes the relationship between local quality of government and individual entrepreneurship,and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of local government’s influence on micro-individual entrepreneurial decision-making.The data of CGSS(2006,2008,2010,2011)were used to carry out empirical research,and the heterogeneity test method was used to analyze the impact of quality of government on different groups and different income types.Different types are based on the purpose of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship,this paper will be differentiated in order to achieve employment and entrepreneurship in order to seize business opportunities.The study shows that the quality of government significantly increases individuals’ probability of being entrepreneurs.Specifically,it will increase by 8 percent while the quality of government index increases by one unit.However,the impact of quality of government on the probability of individual entrepreneurship is heterogeneous,and the high quality of government significantly improves the entrepreneurial probability of "low-income group",but not the "high-income group".At the same time,the high quality of government significantly increased the probability of entrepreneurs who operate in order to achieve employment,but did not significantly improve the individual who in order to seize business opportunities,to achieve business value of the entrepreneurial probability.Moreover,in view of the high quality of government,it is mainly to promote the "low-income group" and other vulnerable groups of entrepreneurial probability.Therefore,the high quality of government will also be beneficial to promote equity of society.On the basis of this study,in order to promote entrepreneurship better,the government should improve the administrative efficiency by the "decentralization",enhancing the vitality of enterprises and expanding business autonomy.Secondly,we must establish a sound supervision mechanism,to create a good system environment,so that officials cannot rot and do not want to rot,which reduces the transaction costs and improves the enthusiasm of individual participation in entrepreneurship.Then,we will improve the system of property rights protection with fairness as the core principle,innovate and adapt to the protection system of property rights in public form,and perfect the property right system so as to protect the property rights of enterprises and encourage enterprise innovation better.
