| Under new situations and circumstances,accompanied by the rise of e-commerce,the retail industry is welcoming a new phase of slow growth.For the moment,China has entered into a new period in which government-sponsored corporation would have undergone changes and reformation.Traditional state-owned retail enterprises must seek their transformation and upgrading.There are lots of failure cases during the transformation in the market.The mainly reason is that traditional retail enterprises face numerous problems in the process of transformation,such as high cost of circulation,low speed of capital turnover,unprofitable scale of chain operation,poor efficiency of logistics distribution,obsolete management and crippled technological competence.The dual-core business economic model is the target requirement for state-owned retail enterprises to adapt to further deepen the stated-owned enterprises reform,as well as a model to achieve the development of dual-engine,which can effectively solve the main and aforementioned problems faced by traditional retail the theoretical basis,definition,formation process,mechanism and feasibility of the double main business model are the key points of this paper.The study is based on the reform of the existing dual-core listed companies in the market to sort the practice,clarify the changes of its business model,and select a representative company—— Yuexiu financial holdings as a model.Through the analysis of internal and external environment,the paper puts forward the adequacy and necessity of the realization of the dual-core model by the Yuexiu financial holdings,and discusses the feasibility of the dual-core business model in combination with the profit model and risk control of the enterprise.I hope that it could provide a new idea for the reform of traditional state-owned retail enterprises,and provide new ideas for further improving the level of state-owned capital operation,enterprise operation efficiency and cultivation of core competitiveness. |
