Study On Eco-environmental Impact Assessment Of Land Use Planning In Shenmu County

Land resources are very important natural resources,but also an important part of the ecological environment elements,Land use planning is a macro strategic measure to determine or adjust the land use structure and land use structure in a certain planning area,according to the local natural and socio-economic conditions and the requirements of national economic development,coordinate the total land supply and aggregate demand,Land use planning is an important part of our land management system.And the impact of Land use planning on the ecological environment has a certain lag,and difficult to reverse,unreasonable land use will be on the regional ecological environment to form a relatively large negative impact,and reasonable land use will also be on the ecological environment Produce a certain positive protection.In order to improve the scientific nature of land use planning,the third round of land use planning has made ecological and environmental protection work an important part of planning.Shenmu County is located in the Loess Plateau of northern Shaanxi,belonging to the ecologically fragile areas.The implementation of Land use planning is bound to affect the ecological environment of Shenmu County.In this paper,the ecological environment of Shenmu County's land use planning was quantitatively evaluated by using the patch density method in Shenmu County,Shanxi Province,and the land use of Shenmu County was evaluated by combining the landscape index method And put forward the proposal of compiling land use planning,and provide reference for the future land use planning.Based on the research results and theories,this paper discusses the purpose and significance of the study,Planning the impact of the ecological environment.On the basis of introducing the regional profile of Shenmu County,this paper evaluates the ecological and environmental impact of Shenmu County's land use planning and Shenmu County's land use planning and adjustment results,and puts forward the suggestions of Shenmu County planning.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)The overall planning of land use in Shenmu County has the highest score on the ecological and environmental impact assessment.The planning is beneficial to the ecological environment of Shenmu County,and the planning is more scientific and reasonable.(2)In 2014,due to the rapid growth of construction land scale,the degree of agglomeration was not high,the score of eco-environmental impact assessment was lower than that of base period,which was not conducive to the protection of Shenmu County land resources and ecological environment.(3)through the planning and improvement,and actively promote the land consolidation project to improve the degree of intensive land use,Shenmu County land use planning overall ecological environment has improved;(4)Based on the above analysis,we should attach importance to the compilation and adjustment of Land use planning,strictly implement the approved land use planning,strengthen supervision and actively protect the ecological environment.
