| Supply chain management is a very important part of enterprise management.Its operating efficiency determines enterprise’s success or failure.Benefits of the whole supply chain is related with the cooperation between manufacturers and distributors,distributors and customers in the three level supply chain.In actual operation of supply chain,because of different body position,the manufacturers and sellers often have different objectives and resource constraints,so the manufacturers and sellers are difficult to choose right partner with stability.Under the background of Group purchase of electronic ecommerce,the demand about precision marketing of retailer and demand about group purchase preferential of customer will make customers form different groups.At this time how to achieve the matching between customer groups and sellers is a different problem of supply chain decision makers.In view of the above problems,we do research on the matching among manufacturers and sellers,sellers and customers of the three level supply chain.Matching is a mutual selection involving one or more members of a group with one or more members of another group in daily economic management activities.At present,there are abundant research achievements in matching theory,but the application of matching theory in the field of supply chain has not been formed.On the basis of previous studies,we introduce the matching theory into supply chain management,and study on the matching decision making of the three echelon supply chain.Two aspects of research is as following:(1)The research on stable bilateral matching among manufacturers and retailers.Aiming at the matching problem among manufacturers and retailers in the three level supply chain,we construct a bilateral matching model.We present a new method of satisfaction evaluation based on historical transaction information and build a model of partner selection between manufacturer and retailer based on the stable bilateral matching.A case simulating stability,fairness and effectiveness of common international supply chain structure is studied and the results show that the stability and fairness can bring high efficiency and more realistic results for the bilateral cooperation of manufacturers and sellers based on bilateral matching theory.(2)The research on customer matching decision making based on customer segmentation in the Group purchase scenario.Aiming at the matching problem among vendors and customers in the three level supply chain,we set up a customer population division matching model based on psychological expectation distance.First,customer demand expectancy evaluation model is established with exact evaluation number,interval number and linguistic assessment information.The customers will be grouped according to similarity of demand expectation.According to psychological characteristics matching customers to avoid loss,matching model among sellers and customer groups is established through the TODIM method,i.e.an acronym in Portuguese of pnteractive and multicriteria decision making method.A global search optimization algorithm is proposed to solve matching problem.The model can provide feasible matching scheme for supply chain decision makers,provide reference and guidance for solving matching problem among manufacturers and distributors,distributors in customers three level supply chain in method level and practical application. |
