Faced with the employment problem of the disabled,job aid design and job accommodation for which accurate evaluation of function-work matching are important basis are developed to solve it.High-reliability and high-validity evaluation of work competency plays a vital role in reasonably utilizing the residual capabilities of the physically handicapped.The aim of this thesis was to propose a function-work matching evaluation method for the physically handicapped,who accounts for the largest population proportion.Based on the description of function-work matching degree,three-level function-work matching model including single body part function-therblig match,function-therblig match and function-work match was built,and then evaluation strategy was constructed.Task and function were described to construct evaluation index based on the evaluation strategy.Task was decomposed at the level of therblig elements and therblig inventory was built.Ant colony algorithm was used to search the optimal therblig sequence,and then three-factor model was built to describe each therblig.In order to represent the physically handicapped,three-dimensional attributes was proposed based on the human model.Mapping relationship between therblig and function was analyzed,and evaluation index system was built.Concept of half fuzzy was applied to embody the quantitative and qualitative characteristics which integrated in the evaluation index system.Based on the evaluation strategy and evaluation index,matching degree calculating model based on half fuzzy TOPSIS was proposed to estimate single body part function-therblig matching degree,and fuzzy set theory was used to analyze function-therblig match and function-work match.Finally,a computerized system was developed on Qt platform to implement work competency evaluation of physically handicapped and an example was conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness compared to the traditional method.
