China's education and training industry started late,but has begun to take shape after decades of rapid development.Unfortunately,some problems have become increasingly prominent during the rapid development,such as charges chaos,low reputation,poor market competitiveness,training and the quality of service is not guaranteed,which restricts the healthy and sustainable development of education and training industry.With the rapid integration of "Internet +" and real economy,"Internet + Education" is imperative,which cannot be avoided to produce some new problems hindering the sustainable development of education and training industry.However,the theoretical research on how to innovate the "Internet + Education" training industry is still very scarce.Therefore,this paper chooses an "Internet +" education and training enterprise,Zhejiang Job Holding Group,to carry out the relevant research.Through in-depth investigation and two questionnaires,we found that the main problems in the background of "Internet + Education" are as follows: no effective product recommendation,less online marketing channels,less promotion,insufficient brand marketing investment.In order to solve the existing problems,we put forward the corresponding innovative marketing strategies: product strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,brand strategy,segmentation strategy and experiential marketing strategy.
