| Urban rail transit has developed rapidly in recent years,and it is going to play an increasingly important role in urban construction.But at the same time,the problem of expensive cost,huge cost of construction and operation has a bottleneck restricting the development of rail transit industry.It is an important problem to be solved in front of Ningbo rail transit to use their business resources to achieve self hematopoietic,scale of operation and take the road of sustainable development.Therefore,the choice of a diversified business model in line with the actual business has become the purpose of this study.This paper starts with literature review related to diversification,by drawing lessons from domestic and international experience of urban rail transit business cases and experience and analyzing resources and business situation of Ningbo rail transit,the paper puts forward a feasible mode choice for the diversified operation of Ningbo rail transit.Finally,the conclusions are as follows:1.Through the research of Ningbo rail transit resources and management,this paper argues that there are some problems in current resource management such as lack of overall planning and coordination,low utilization efficiency of commercial resources and failures in economies of scale.2.Based on the analysis of the correlation between Ningbo rail transit resources management and the market factors of technology,sales,production and circulation,combined with the analysis of its core resources,this paper puts forward a way to get scale economic benefit by adopting the way of hybrid diversification.At the same time,this paper summarizes the general characteristics of mode of hybrid diversification and proposes the implementation suggestion of the mode of Ningbo rail transit hybrid diversification. |
