Industrial Diffidence Between Direct And Indirect Performance Of The Technology Introduction

High-tech industry is China's current strategic leading industry.But the key technology belongs to the advanced country,like America and some west countries.Therefore,technology introduction is an effective way to narrow the technology gap.The Aircraft and Spacecraft Manufacturing industry enjoy the high added value,and it is a state-led industry.The Electronic and Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturing industry has a large scale,and it is a marketoriented industry.There are a lot of differences between them.The effect of the introduction of technology can be divided into two parts,direct performance and indirect performance.Direct performance refers to the elastic and utilization efficiency of its direct contribution to the output of the whole industry,and indirect performance refers to the elastic and utilization efficiency of its contribution to the innovation.Firstly,this paper compares the two industries,and then analyses the mechanism of the technological introduction.Based on regional panel data from 1999 to 2014,though panel regression and data envelope analyses,compare the elastic coefficient and the efficiency of direct and indirect effect of introduction the tow industry.At last this paper put forwards some advices about development of high-tech industry.Research result shows,in the Aircraft and Spacecraft Manufacturing,the elastic coefficient of indirect contribution is significant but the direct contribution is not.The result is opposite in the Electronic and Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturing.From the result of the DEA,the two industry have similar efficiency of the direct effect of technology introduction,but the Aircraft and Spacecraft Manufacturing's direct efficiency is further surpass the Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturing's.These results fully illustrate that,the technology introduction of the Aircraft and Spacecraft Manufacturing has little contribution to the output,for it is difficult for this industry to introduce the key technology.However,it is good at independent innovation.On the country,the technology introduction of Electronic and Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturing has great contribution to the output,but the level of independent innovation is low.
