Since the low-cost labor force and the open policy of China government, it has formed an unreversed trend that more and more Taiwanese enterprises invest in Mainland China. According to Taiwanese electron manufacturing businesses in China, the problem of transferring equipments and technologies is not difficult, but the problem of human resource suffering greater hindrance and setback, such as difference of economic system, culture, consciousness type attitude, social welfare, etc. Taiwanese electron manufacturing businesses often keep the operation in Taiwan, which containing high tech R&D, design and high value-added, on the contrary, the operation with low value all move to the Mainland China, therefore forming the vertical mode of production. Taiwanese employers put the production work in the mainland that need recruit a lot of direct labors for production lines. The purpose of this thesis is to establish an objective and fair employee evaluation system for Taiwanese employers of electronic manufacturing industry, which can help them to achieve better management in running companies in Mainland China.A primary set of employee evaluation standards has been established through collecting literature. Then we take questionnaire investigation depend on the individual case of Taiwanese electron manufacturing business in Shen-Zhen. Finally, labors in same groups participated in the AHP questionnaire. With these questionnaires, the weightings of different items used for employee evaluation were obtained. Further, according to the result of study, put forward the method ofperformance appraisal and the suggestion that the way is made for the case company.
