The Spatial Scale Demarcation And Comparison Economic Relation Researches On Ningbo Metropolitan Area

Urban district,the new urban structure system began to appear in the world since 1950 s.After half a century development there are many metropolitan urban districts at present in the world.Practical experience indicates that the urban area of this structure breaks through the original administrative geographical restrictions and has achieved inter-regional allocation of resources.It has achieved cooperation of division of labor and improves the efficiency of the industry.It's active on the urban spatial structure of metropolitan,economic ties within the mechanism,management and improves the mechanism and harmonious development.Ningbo,as China's eastern coastal important port city and in the south of the Yangtze River Delta economic center,relying on the existing industrial base and economic conditions,is driving the surrounding area to form a set of urban area with equipment manufacturing,modern logistics and port service.Firstly,this dissertation systematically analyzes the relevant literature of the metropolitan area of the domestic and foreign development,and clearly declares the characteristics of metropolitan,meaning and the mainstream urban district economic relationship research method.After that,this dissertation analyzes causes and development mechanism of the central city,inner circle and external circle of Ningbo metropolitan from the industrial structure,economy,population distribution,transport infrastructure,administration,city construction,regional planning and county characteristics,meanwhile analyzed the range partitioning of Ningbo metropolitan.The fourth part preliminary divides qualitative level of Ningbo metropolitan from the first node analysis method,administrative geographical division and other methods.Then it determines the vector of Ningbo metropolitan area by economic distance and economic contact intensity and intensity of gravity contact strength of economic empirical model.Combined with the analysis of the breaking point model,it further points out empirical fault the node of Ningbo metropolitan to calculate clear circle structure of Ningbo metropolitan,including the core area,close area,semi close and loose zone area of four parts.And it adopts the city primacy index,city flow intensity analysis,characteristic and extension strength model quantitative analysis method on the characteristics of Ningbo metropolitan area economic ties to explore the structure according to the four division.Comparing with the similar domestic city like Nanjing,Hangzhou,Hefei,Suxichang in Yangtze River Delta transverse,Ningbo metropolitan economic connection exists problems of core area of polar nuclei is low,close area development is not balanced,outer layer the degree of integration of the weak and city fusion is not in place.Finally,in reference to summarize the theory and empirical analysis in the dissertation,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for innovation of system and mechanism,and for the Ningbo urban district further coordinated development,overall thinking to strengthen regional economic connection.
