Marine economy has become an important part of the national economy since last 70 s.With the advent of Reform and Opening,islands and coastal areas develop industrialization and urbanization.However,a series of problems have seriously hindered the development of marine economy,such as over-low marine industry output,similar industrial structure,chaotic resource allocation,and fragile ecological environment et al.In view of this,study takes Dinghai District as an example.Firstly,it analyzes the spatial and temporal differences of the industrial development on the restriction of land in Dinghai from 2000 to 2014,using models of curse of the degree and damping coefficient with the data from economic statistical yearbook and remote sensing image.Secondly,it studied the temporal and spatial evolution of marine enterprises with their land in 2000-2004,2004-2009 and 2010-2014,through the spatial statistical analysis tools of ArcGIS and GeoDa software with the data of Marine enterprises.Thirdly,it evaluated the land suitability of Dinghai to find out the characteristics of the enterprise layout,with the model of LandUSEM in terms of natural basis,economic development conditions,and status of marine enterprises.Finally,it quantitatively evaluated,combined with the ordinary least square method and the geographical weighting regression analysis method,the effect of land constraint to industrial development in the aspects of regional economy,industrial base and planning system.According to above theoretical and practical basis,it puts forward three models of the industrial development which is restricted by land restriction in Dinghai.(1)The scale and the carrying capacity of land resource in Dinghai have certain restraint effects on industrial development with the significant feature of spatial heterogeneity,2000-2014.1)The constraint degree of the first industrial land is low with small scope,which none-land-curse area accounts for half of the whole area.However,the constraint degree of the second and three industrial land is stronger with larger scope and faster-changing speed,which edging-land-curse area accounts for 60% of the whole area.2)The middle land carrying capacity of Dinghai District shows a slight downward trend.And Cengang Street is the maximum amplitude of land carrying capacity which is up to 1.0895.3)The type of land carrying capacity is in the majority of strongland-constraint type and high-land-constraint with smaller amplitude.(2)There is a close space-time coupling between the marine enterprises with their land use in Dinghai District.1)Both of them are concentrated in the southern coastal-based area,where is 1.5km away from the coastline.And the size of enterprises is negatively correlated with the distance from the coastline.For example,marine service industry significantly gathers together in small scope.2)The streets of urban are the core gathering place where become stripe-shaped industrial agglomeration zone.Its intensity will be enhanced in the direction of southeast and northwest respectively.3)Dividing into 1.5km & 1.5km grids,four types could reflect the spatial coupling of marine enterprises and their land.One is the high-concentration and strongconstruction type including marine manufacturing and transportation services,which is concentrated in the developed streets as urban.The other is the low-concentration and weakconstruction type covering marine transport,sales and financial services,which focuses in the northern areas like Jintang town and Cengang street.Another two are high-concentration and weak-construction type and low-concentration and strong-construction type with mixing industries.(3)The marine industry is divided into different levels under the constraints of land suitability in Dinghai District.There are four region of different suitability degree: 1)Very suitable region discretely distributes in small hilly slope and non-geological disaster prone areas,which altitude is less than 30 m within 0.5km from the nearest traffic line.What's more,it is suitable for the highincome marine industry,where is 1.5km away from the shoreline.2)More suitable region and medium appropriate region are widely distributed to greatly develop industrial parks and marine industries.Nevertheless,the industry and services are not appropriate in none-suitable region,where is mountain area to protect the ecological forest as the main task.(4)Constraints will be strengthened by the factor of planning policy instead of economic and industrial development.1)There is an aggravated constraint if the government overly plan the size of beach reclamation and construction land.It is gradually weakened from west to east which the constraint of Jintang town is the strongest.2)Other factors,such as port industrial shoreline,the number of marine enterprises and the size of industrial areas,attract high-tech industries to gather as well to increase the benefit of land use with the peripheral infrastructure.In general,study puts forward three industrial development and models under the constraints of land.One is the industrial planning-driven development model which is rely on the modern port logistics industry and shipbuilding industry.Another model is of investment-driven development that needs large funds invested in large-scale heavy energy projects and industrial parks.The other one is balanced-driven transition mode which is the final develop aims.
