The Influence Of Human Capital Stocks On Economic Growth In Guizhou

In the era of knowledge economy,the promotion of human capital stock is not only the fundamental of national competitiveness,but also the driving force for national development.Natural capital,material capital and other factors of production on the role of economic growth is gradually weakened,and human capital to promote the growth of economic growth is gradually increasing.Human capital stock includes educational human capital,healthy human capital and mobile human capital,which have a significant positive impact on economic growth.Previous studies have focused on educational human capital and healthy human capital,and the study of liquidity human capital is relatively inadequate.For the economically underdeveloped Guizhou Province,it is particularly urgent to promote the sustained and healthy growth of the economy through the development of human capital stock.At the same time,as a large population of Guizhou Province,labor mobility on human capital stock preserved and value-added plays an important role.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the current situation of human capital stock and economic growth in Guizhou Province,analyzing the way of education,health level and the effect of population flow on economic growth.Then,I choose to use MRW and its expansion.Based on human capital abundance coefficient,the econometric model established,and the human capital stock and economic growth data of Guizhou Province analyzed by regression from 1996 to 2014.Through the regression and analysis of the results,it is concluded :(1)the human capital stock(including educational human capital,healthy human capital and mobile human capital)has a significant positive impact on economic growth,but the contribution of the three to economic growth is different,health human capital stock and educational human capital stock than the liquidity of human capital stock to the economic growth of the degree of great;(2)healthy human capital and liquidity of human capital stock,educational human capital stock between the significant positive relationship,educational human capital and liquidity between human capital there is a negative relationship.To sum up,the future of Guizhou Province in human capital investment,to improve the education system to improve the quality of education;promote the construction of healthy Guizhou;especially to focus on improving the rational flow of talent mechanism to promote the coordinated development of the three.
