Research On The Relationship Between Human Capital And Economic Growth In China

In the world of economics, economic growth has been an enduring topic. Withthe deepening of the research on economic growth, the relationship between humancapital and economic growth get more and more attention of economists andscholars recently. As an important index to measure a country’s comprehensivestrength, economic growth became the main problems various countries should beattention to. For a long time, how to make the fast, sustained and stable economicgrowth has become a challenge of each country.Considering the effect of knowledge accumulation, this paper re-estimatehuman capital stock,and based on which we make empirical analysis on therelationship between human capital and economic growth. The core content in thispaper is mainly divided into two points:Firstly, we study the impact of human capital structure on economic growth.And make empirical analysis on the industrial configuration of human capital andinternal regional configuration to confirm the unbalanced situation of human capitalin industry and regional configurations, based on which, this paper draw thecorresponding regulation of enlightenment.Secondly, we study the human capital spatial spillovers effects. Based on theprovincial panel data from1992to2011,we studied the spatial spillover effects andthe way of human capital affect economic growth by adding spatial variables to thetraditional model, and we also estimate the contribution of each factor of production,based on which, this paper will put forward policy Suggestions.
