With the development of market economy,the impact of distribution on economic activities is more and more obvious,the distribution route is reasonable or not to the distribution speed,cost,and benefit greatly.Therefore,it is necessary to use scientific method to determine the reasonable distribution route.Important work.Vehicle routing problem has always been an important part of the optimization of distribution activities,is to minimize the distribution costs,improve customer satisfaction guarantee.Vehicle routing problem is the core problem in the optimization of transportation organization,and it is also a kind of classical combination optimization problem in operational research.It aims to optimize the transportation cost by constructing the appropriate vehicle travel path.The application of this problem is not limited to Automotive transportation,in the aviation,communications,power,industrial management and computer applications and other fields are also widely used.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the research status of vehicle routing problem both at home and abroad,this paper mainly aims at the actual distribution of Sinopec project,which is the largest project of Guizhou Branch of China Post Logistics Guizhou.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)The detailed investigation of the vehicle routing problem is carried out,the background of the problem is described,and then the problem description is written.Considering the complexity of the problem,the related characteristics of the original problem are simplified.(2)According to the description of the problem,the mathematical model of the vehicle path problem is studied,including the mathematical model of the original problem and the simplified mathematical model.(3)Using the modeling platform AMPL to carry on the mathematical model.(4)Collecting and collating the study data,using the optimization software CPLEX to solve the problem,and comparing the results with the original distribution cost of the company,proved to be obviously optimized.
