Study On Risk Management Of Automotive Interior Program Development For F Company

With is becoming more and more mature in domestic auto industry,automobile has become an increasingly common means of transportation into the ordinary people.Automotive interior,as elements which directly contact with the driver and passengers,obviously,the quality for the interior will firstly catch consumer attention and determine the customer drive experience.How to well manage the automotive interior development program,make the parts meet the strict requirements of end users,has a profound meaning.In this vast domestic automobile interior trim components on the market,due to the rising labor,raw material prices rising,while the car is becoming less and less time developed.the development budget is lower and lower,regardless of whether the local automotive interior manufacturer or foreign automobile interior trim parts maker,all felt the car interior industry of fierce competition.Based on F company automotive interior program risk management as the research background,introduced the F company interior program classification,according to the different nature of the development program to create RBS(Risk breakdown structure)system,and build the program risk management plan according to program development life cycle.This paper focuses on the two phases of risk management : risk identification and risk analysis.During the risk identification phase,according to the progress of the program,and combined with the risk breakdown structure,Using CAE and Prototype at the early stages of the program development of rapid prototyping technology to identify the risk of design;in the middle of program development,on the basis of the program of FMEA is extended,based on HC(Head Count)the relationship between budget and actual consumption,combined with the actual earned HC according to the actual program progress,perform earned value analysis to identify the timing and cost risk;In the late stage of program development,the use of SPC(the statistics process control)technology,identify the risk of production in time and control the risk in time.During the phase of risk analysis: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.To perform risk qualitative analysis,we use probability & impact(PXI)matrix analysis,rank the risk by the fuzzy evaluation of mathematical methods and program evaluation and review technique(PERT).To perform risk quantitative analysis,we calculate the risk to the financial and timing indicators which provides risk handling with theory foundation accordingly.Through the risk planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk monitoring of the various stages of development.Eventually to develop a suitable F company automotive interior development program risk management method.
