Caofeidian Port Competitiveness Research Under The Background Of Bohai Sea Port Group

With the accelerated development of economic globalization and the advent of much starker choices-and graver consequences-in,China's economy has entered a key period of rapid growth and transformation.As one of the masses of Bohai Port Group,Caofeidian Port has been displaying its power and energy in rapid development speed since 2005.This thesis makes analysis of the current development situation,the advantages and deficiencies of Caofeidian Port.Besides,through the analysis of the competition with other main ports,this thesis discusses the main factors influencing the competitiveness of Caofeidian Port in order to search for methods to promote the competitiveness of it.Based on the related evaluation theory,this thesis combines theoretical exploration and empirical analysis,making system analysis and comprehensive evaluation research on the competitiveness of Caofeidian Port by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly,it elaborates the related concepts of enterprise competitiveness and industrial cluster;Secondly,it analyzes the present development situation,competition and cooperation of Bohai Sea Port Cluster;Besides,it builds universal port competitiveness evaluation index system to compare the competitiveness differences between Caofeidian Port and Tianjin Port as well as analyzes relevant problems;Finally,it puts forwards policies,suggestions and supporting measures to promote competitiveness of Caofeidian Port according to the analysis results.This article research has certain reference value to the development of Caofeidian port,is conducive to overcome difficult as a rising star of Caofeidian port,tap potential synergies,to achieve sound and rapid development,as well as to in the development process of Caofeidian port handle properly the relationship between cooperation and competition,will be conducive to the economic development throughout the Bohai rim region.
