Study On The Strategic Positioning And Implementation Of RongQing Logistics Corporation

In the context of rapid development and fierce market competition of logistics industry,RongQing Logistics Corporation faces many development dilemmas,such as high operating costs,low net profits,low-level innovation,low executive performance.So the development environments,competitive advantages have to be studied,and the RongQing Logistics Corporation?s strategies have to be relocated,elementary paths and countermeasures should be proposed in order to promote its core competitive advantages on international or national markets.On the bases of the practical development dilemmas and strategic problems of Shandong RongQing Logistics Corporation,the thesis has finished four works.Firstly,the thesis has teased the relative research documents,proposed research framework,and generalized strategy management theories on logistics enterprises.Secondly,two main phases,environments,existing problems and its caused of RongQing Logistics Corporation have been studied carefully.Thirdly,a new development strategy has been opposed based on SWOT analyses,which main contents are that RongQing Logistics should optimize human resource,organization structure,incentive institutions,distribution network,logistic technology,international standards,should strengthen information platform and logistics networks,should promote the prosperity of logistics finance,international logistics and rural logistics,based on localized cold-chain logistics,general logistics,and chemical logistics,in order to become one of the top 10 logistics company in 3 or 5 years.And then,4 supporting strategies of the new strategy have been put forward.Finally,in order to promote executive performance of the new strategic,after analyzing the influencing elements,elementary paths and objective system,some countermeasures have been put forward,which are optimizing organization structures,improving institutions,promoting human resource construction,strengthening information and logistics networks,promoting scientific and technological innovation,propelling process management.
