With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and speed up the process of global economic integration, China's enterprises operating environment tremendous changes, market competition has become increasingly fierce. Enterprises to seek survival and development was essential for sustainable competitive advantage. Chinese enterprises urgently need to establish core competitiveness, to the "China" into a "Chinese creation. Enhance their core competitiveness of China's large enterprises are currently pressing issues. Machinery industry and the national economy are closely related, belonging to cyclical industries, the Chinese mechanical engineering manufacturing and international level gap is obvious, how to study my mechanical engineering industries affected by globalization, in order to develop appropriate countermeasures not only strategy but also a urgent practical problems.Xuzhou Machinery Holdings Limited is the mechanical engineering industry leaders, the group identified Xu building internationalization strategy of large enterprise groups in the development of goals, how to make the group grow in size and strength Xu, a Chinese mechanical engineering head, catching the international level, the Group Xu become a major issue facing.
