With the further development of informationization technology,the development of the oil field gradually enters the digital age.SL oil production plant,one of the largest oil plants of Shengli Oilfield in production,plays a vital role in oil and gas production and gets the priority to develop informationization technology in the oil field.Construction of production management informationization technology for oil plants can improve efficiency,reduce operating costs,optimize production and management structure and improve the work environment for employee.But at the same time,construction of production management informationization technology needs a large investment,so that the benefit from informationization technology and costs from high construction investment may be out of balance.In order to achieve good investment returns,it is necessary to use scientific method to analyze and evaluate SL oil plant production management informationization,and provide scientific basis for the optimization of construction of production management informationization technology.For the purpose,the following schemes are studied and discussed.By collecting and reading to a large number of relevant literatures,study the basic theory of enterprise informationization theory,informationization theory performance evaluation,system dynamics theory and SD-BSC theory to provide a theory basic for the follow-up study.Then,analyze the current situation of SL oil production plant production management informationization construction and recognize elements of oil production plant production management informationization.Summarize the construction and purposes of eight related production management informationization system.Identify the impact of the production system corresponding technical indicators.Based on the analysis of the current situation of SL oil production plant production management informationization,in clear of the principles and premise of SD-BSC performance evaluation index system,gradually find out evaluation index of the SL oil plant informationization management performance and build the evaluation index system based on the BSC theory.According to the BSC index system,make the relationship graph depending on analysis of the causal relationship between index.Meanwhile,make a research on SL Oil Production Plant,demonstration oil production plant and related oil fields,to obtain informationization about the technical parameters and build its SD-BSC performance evaluation model.Simulate SL oil production plant Index data by the SD-BSC performance evaluation model.Test validity of the simulation data and verify the validity and the scientific of the model.Then,through adjusting the parameters of the model,correlate bivariate analysis,deeply analyze SD-BSC model simulation results,and get the SL oil plant informationization management performance evaluation results in order to provide data support for the optimization of production management informationization technology.At last,take some measures and recommendations to increase SL oil production plant production management informationization and based on research.Ultimately summarize the research conclusion of this paper.
