Research On Enterprise Informationization Performance Evaluation From A Cognitive Perspective

Since the nineties of the 20th century, enterprise informationization construction has started in the enterprises of our country, and enterprise informationization has become the inevitable choice of majority of enterprises in our country. Many corporations implement the information system, such as ERP, SCM, to reengineer the business process, and carry on information knowledge training to the stuff in order to raise the level of enterprise informationization, eventually enhance their core competence and participate in the drastic competition. But after the implementation of information strategy, some questions arose: Informationization constructions in many companies failed, and the informationization application didn't bring positive achievement to the enterprises. So it is indispensable to evaluate the achievements the informationization implementation brings to. The evaluation of informationization becomes one of heat topics in the business world and academic world.This paper is started on the review of enterprise informationization studies, and summarizes the good effects and deficiencies of the past studies. After that, this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic process of enterprise informationization, and establishes a performance evaluation conceptual model and indices system of enterprise informationization. Through this indices system, you can systematically analyze all of the crucial factors in the implementation process of enterprise informationization.After constructing such a complete indices system, the author takes the enterprises in Shandong province as the example to conduct the research using the theory of statistics, and finds the key factors of informationization implementation, at the same time elaborating its deficiency to expound the further research direction.I hope the thoughts putting forward by this paper can provide new ideas for enterprise informationization performance evaluation study, and offer valuable cues to enterprise informationization construction.
