With the development of science and technology,including the " internet plus" innovation,Home Appliance enterprise must continue to upgrade and improve the efficiency and economic strength.It is not only a rare opportunity but also a serious challenge for company.Under the fierce market competition and consumer various demand,the electronic product life cycle is shorten.In order to lead the Company into an unprecedented competitive era,it must increase the initial R& D investment,build the high quality of manufacturing supply chain management team,then respond market rapidly and make low cost diversification products.H company is an intelligent Home Appliance enterprise in this paper,which has the characteristics of customer personality demand,but its inventory management is limited to the narrow thinking of enterprise resource integration,there is no management thinking of raw material suppliers,manufacturers information,capital,logistics system integration.The production forecast orders of H company are unstable and long material lead time,H company also faces a variety problem of iterative techniques and the competition of global peer company.Material inventory control plays an important role for the supply chain inventory management to reduce material inventory cost,improve the rate of capital turnover effectively and customer satisfaction.In this paper,Firstly,I analyzed the domestic and foreign thesis and historical data of supply chain inventory management.Based on the supply chain inventory control management method and model,which introduce H company background,analyze the forecast of operation management and raw material inventor management to find out the material inventory control problems of H company;On this basis,this paper used the inventory cost control of supply chain and project managementthinking and method to manage the customer forecast dynamically.Meanwhile H company can provide flexibility product timely and improve the rate of turnover to avoid dull products.Finally,with the combination of theory and practice,H company strengthen the material inventory control of the supply chain management and improve the procurement and inventory management system through the effective countermeasure.
