| Leadership behavior has been a hot topic in management science research. And studies have shown that the negative leadership behaviors have a greater impact on employees than the positive leadership behaviors. Abusive supervision will have an important impact on the physical health,mental health,attitude and behavior,work performance of the staff. There are many studies about abusive supervision abroad,but studies based on the context of our country,taking into account our high power distance,tradition and other special cultural background,the research about abusive supervision in our organization has important significance.Based on this background,this study explores the relationship of abusive supervision,emotional exhaustion and work withdrawal of the stuff. Meanwhile,the studies of existing research to potential adjustment variables are lack,namely what factors aggravate or mitigate the adverse consequences of abusive supervision to the subordinates. This study will examine the effects of emotion regulation strategies on abusive supervision,in which the emotion regulation strategies as the moderator abusive supervision between management and emotional exhaustion. And the study will further expand the scope of management,to fill gaps in the existing theory,provide a foundation for future studies about abusive supervision.Literature review of relevant theories clears the definition,the division of dimensions of variables and the research ideas. And the research hypotheses and theoretical models are determined according to current research and theory. The paper uses CITI analysis and α coefficient method to test the reliability and validity of measurement scale,and uses the linear regression equation to test the mediating effect of emotion regulation strategies and regulatory role of emotional exhaustion.The study concludes are: abusive supervision is one of the important reasons for work withdrawal of the subordinates;the subordinates who suffered abusive supervision will produce emotional exhaustion,thereby affecting the work withdrawal,namely emotional exhaustion plays an mediating role between abusive supervision and work withdrawal;but the moderating role of emotion regulation strategies between abusive supervision and emotional exhaustion was not significant. |
