China And Southeast Asia Four Domestic Cooperation Research

Manufacturing industry is the core industry of China's economic,after decades of rapid development,China's manufacturing industry encountered a bottleneck in the development,with low costs of low-end manufacturing gradually lost,a serious excess capacity and lack of high-end manufacturing competitiveness.At the same time as the financial crisis swept the world,the global economy is still in the depth of adjustment.China's manufacturing industry with the traditional European and American market demand fell under the blow,is faced up with the problem of more prominent domestic excess capacity,which if not properly resolved,will seriously drag down China's industrial upgrading,and even cause social problems.At the same time,developing countries and regions,represented by Southeast Asia,are limited by their relatively weak industrial capacity and have huge demand for infrastructure construction and industrial manufactures,showing good momentum of development and market space.At this juncture,China on the one hand to encourage domestic enterprises to go out,on the one hand put forward the " the Belt and Road " strategy,to a large number of developing countries issued a comprehensive cooperation initiative in order to mutual benefit and common development.Malaysia,Thailand,Vietnam,Indonesia The four countries of Southeast Asia have good economic development,good geographical position,good conditions for industrial development,and have a wide range of economic cooperation with China.They are the ideal partner for China's capacity cooperation.This paper first analyzes the motivation of capacity cooperation and analyzes he favorable factors in the field of production capacity cooperation from the two angles of China and Southeast Asia.And then analyzes the progress and trends of cooperation in the production capacity of China and the four countries of Southeast Asia with enumeration of typical cases of production capacity cooperation.After that,carries out quantitative analysis of the production cooperation between China and the four countries of South-East Asia.The intra-industry trade level and trend of the two sides are analyzed by the GL index.The RCA index is used to analyze the industrial sector and the competitive trend of the two sides.Then from the three perspectives of China,Southeast Asia and international factors,discusses and analyzes the constraints of China and the four countries of Southeast Asia.This paper discusses the path and mechanism of production cooperation,analyzes the market,government and the global industrial chain,selects several key cooperation areas,discusses the possible new ideas of production cooperation,and then discusses the cooperation In accordance with the discussion in the previous section,put forward proposals and countermeasures to promote the improvement of production capacity of cooperation.
