Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Enterprise Participation In Disaster Management

Nowadays,the trend of complexity and normalization of disasters is becoming more and more obvious.Cooperative governance has become a new paradigm of public management,which is more and more obvious in the field of disaster management.In fact,enterprises are playing more and more roles in the process of disaster management.there is still a lack of in-depth study,theory of enterprise participation in disaster management has lagged behind the need of practice.Under this background,this paper chooses "the evaluation index system of enterprise participation in disaster management ability" as the theme.Participate in establishing evaluation index system of capability in disaster management of enterprises,private enterprises face the catastrophe,key steps,take time for active participation.This paper argues that in order to improve the effectiveness of the participation of enterprises,must be involved in the whole process of disaster management,that is to participate in the disaster-response-recovery for each link,and to refine the management ability of enterprises involved in disaster disaster management in four stages,and summarizes the ability to contain participation,so as to form the index evaluation.It can effectively make up for the existing enterprises to participate in disaster management research in the emergency response,and light disaster mitigation,preparation and recovery of the whole process of participation.Based on the relevant theory and practice is a set of scientific evaluation index system of capacity,measurement,comparison,evaluation and scoring the relevant participation ability,so as to enterprises involved in disaster management capacity building to provide theoretical guidance,the conventional development of enterprises to participate in disaster management to a system and standardization is possible,and this is the main value of the author of this paper.In addition,due to the limitations of my knowledge and experience,as well as domestic and foreign research in this area is still very scarce,you can learn something relatively small.Although the enterprises involved in disaster management putForward some of their own views and suggestions,but there are still many problems,the enterprise involved in disaster management research has a lot of room for exploration.I hope I can in the days after the continuous learning and accumulation process to continue to deepen the research content,the research in this area and constantly enrich and improve.
