Research On Coordinated Development Of Modern Service Industry And Urbanization In Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

Under the background of the “new normal”,upgrading the industrial structure and adjusting economic structure,has become one of the important direction of China's economic development in the future.President Xi Jinping pointed out that our country will develop the service industry,especially the modern service industry.He considers the development of modern service industry as the important content of adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure.At present,urbanization in our country has been in the mid and late part stage.And the development of service industry as the late driving force of the development of the urbanization.The development of modern service industry is an important part of the new period of economic growth to alleviate the economy downward pressure,break through the three stages of development bottlenecks,and promote the formation of new economic growth point.Therefore,studying the coordinated development of urbanization and modern service industry is of great significance to the sustainable development of economy and society.The Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration is one of the most mature and the most dynamic economic zone in our country.Studying on the coordinated development of modern service industry and urbanization in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration,has importantly theoretical and practical significance on our country industrial structure optimization and sustainable economic development.This paper takes the 26 cities of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration as the research object.And it measures the comprehensive development level of the modern service industry and urbanization from 2005 to 2014.Analyzing the modern service industry and urbanization level's difference of time and space characteristics in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration.Analyzing the relationship between modern service industry and urbanization.Using coupling harmonious degree model to measure the coordinated development level and analyzing the regional features and agglomeration characteristics.Then dividing four regional types.Finally and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)modern service industry's comprehensive development level had present fluctuating rise within ten years in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration.On the whole,spatial distribution presents “east high west low” spatial pattern.And the difference of thedevelopment of modern service industry is reducing gradually.The development of urbanization has rising trend in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration.Spatial distribution shows the characteristics of stability.And it shows “zhi” spatial characteristics.(2)There is a long-term stable relationship between the modern service industry and urbanization in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration.Modern service industry is the main driving force of the relationship between them.(3)The coordinated development level in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration shows a steadily rising trend.And it has been reluctant to coordinate.More close to the initial coordinate.Both overall agglomeration situation further enhance coordination development level.(4)According to comprehensive development level of modern service industry and urbanization,the cities of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration are divided into four types:relatively harmonious city,relative lag of modern service industry,relative lag of urbanization,low-quality balanced type.
