Comparative Research On Rural Transformative And Developing In Suwan Developing Area

Currently,China’s countryside is in the complicated transformation stage,and facing a mount of problems.China’s rural should promote the the transformation and upgrade,break the shackle among the urban and rural,under the situation of building a comprehensive well-off society.In the domestic related research has not yet formed a complete set of theoretical system and practical methods,but also the define of rural development models are under the version of developed area.Did these developing rural areas have the opportunity to transformation? Under the existing conditions,how to get their own rural revival? In the process of promoting the transformation of villages,which problems should be paid attention to and how to choose the path of development? This is an attempt to answer this question.The paper combines the knowledge map systematically of rural transformation at home and abroad.On this basis,I selected Xuelou in Dangshan and Shuanggou in Suining to be the empirical studies.Under the basic of reviewing the history of the model,the analysis takes four typical directions to show each factor of production cooperate with each other and the change and transformation of the social relationship under the different development methods.Through to the domestic and foreign successful rural transformation development case study,from developed regions and developing areas of rural transformation should have similarities and differences of ideas,and then on the two town(Park)the rural transformation development carries on the contrast analysis,found the problem and proposed solutionThe study found that Shuanggou town development model is dominated by master planning,it has followed the policy closely,and obeyed the arrangement from the master planning route.The master planning is a kind of development model and development opportunities,but it requires the village own the suitable factors to match the master planning methods.In more colloquial terms,The transformation development of Shuanggou has been in “right time” and “right place”.Xuelou’s successful transformation and development relies on strong belief.The “locomotive” with powerful strength to lead the tactful “carriages” with rich wisdom of the grass-roots level is also important.The centrality and the desire of building their hometown is the key to catch Xuelou’s successful transformation,thus,farmers are inexhaustible source of rural transformation development.In colloquial terms,The transformation development of Shuanggou has been in “good governance” and “harmonious people”.Xuelou’s transformation development experience has more significance for most backward villages.Summarizing the domestic and foreign successful rural transformation development cases,admitting the value of reference foe the development of a new round of restructuring,but due to the development of the concept of the masses,to provide policy basis,etc.There is a lot differences,we should not thining as a same things.Based on the analysis of the transformation of the two towns(Park)contrast,separately from industrial development,land reform,grassroots leadership,political participation,the concept of farmers,the six aspects of production conditions,were analyzed two towns(Park)the main factors of transformation and development,in order to provide a feasible ways for two town(Park)a new round of restructuring and development.
