Research On Profit Model Of Cross-border E-commerce Based On Multi-level Fuzzy Fvaluation Method

Our country important strategic to make the economic and trade moves into globalization is to accelerate the development of free trade port area,adjustment of industrial organization and promote the development of regional economy.Since the Dongjiang bonded port area set up to the present,port function is more and more perfect,investment promotion effect is remarkable,many well-known companies entered,the emerging technology industry developing rapidly,industrial structure constantly upgrading,for the free trade zone to the free trade area transformation laid a good development foundation.Dongjiang free trade port area put "one line open,second line to hold,regional trade liberalisation" in the area of new open policy into practice to comply with the development situation of our country,this rule reduce the cross-border e-commerce into the mechanism of the enterprise,makes the market competition.Cross-border e-commerce business enterprises need to rely on policy advantages,expand foreign trade channels,to achieve enterprise profit model type change steadily.Therefore,further study of Dongjiang free trade port area cross-border e-commerce profit model is very important to the development of port import and export trade of our country in the future.In this paper background of Dongjiang free trade port area cross-border innovation and development in the field of electricity to study five existing profit model of the cross-border e-commerce business enterprise.Using porter's five model combined with the policy advantage and enterprise actual development condition to analysis five main influence factors as the primary evaluation indexes,fifteen specific factors as secondary indexes.Logistics pay profit model of Dongjiang free trade port area as an example,on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire method to get the data,then using the factor analysis method and quantitative statistics method to calculate weight of the influencing factors,and finally using the multistage fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the influencing factors,so as to determine the applicability of the enterprise profit model.Through the results of the study we know that Dongjiang free trade port area logistics pay profit model to evaluate scored 54,the score of profit model has good applicability and good development potential,but the evaluation result shows that there are still shortcomings need to improve.The purpose of this study is to put forward a set of suitable evaluation index system of profit model,according to the influencing factors of grading in order to put forward feasible suggestions for the future development of cross-border e-commerce enterprise profit model.
