In recent years,Chinese foreign trade has become complex and volatile. In 2015 and2016,it suffered negative growth for two consecutive years. In 2017,the growth rate of imports and exports rose. However, due to the decline in the previous foreign trade base, the stage of high-speed growth of Chinese foreign trade has basically passed. The outlook for foreign trade is not optimistic. From 2014 to 2017,cross-border e-commerce rapidly rose at an annual rate of 30%.Compared with the development of Chinese foreign trade,it can be seen that cross-border e-commerce has shown a trend of contrarian growth. From 2013 to2015,China has established four pilot free trade zones(FTZs).Each FTZ has taken corresponding measures to develop its cross-border e-commerce.But so far the operating effectiveness of its cross-border e-commerce operation is still unknown. At the end of 2016,seven FTZs were established through Chinsese examination and approval, and the respective FTZs were listed in 2017.The regional economic development model is still in preparation for planning. The establishment of Chinese pilot free trade zone is to test the new international trade guidelines and explore new ways of international trade. The implementation of cross-border e-commerce in the FTZ is exactly in line with the functional orientation of the FTZ,and will be promoted to the whole country when its development is mature. Its advanced experience will promote the development of Chinese overall foreign trade. The thesis first analyzed theoretically the advantages of developing cross-border e-commerce in the FTZ and the impact of cross-border e-commerce in the FTZ on Chinese foreign trade, and based on the reality of cross-border e-commerce in Chinese FTZs,establishing a grey prediction model GM(1,1)to analyze the impact of cross-border e-commerce on Chinese foreign trade and the influence of cross-border e-commerce on its foreign trade.Comparing the two influence strength,cross-border e-commerce suppliers to determine FTZ development more significantly boost the development of foreign trade in our country, and according to the empirical results to analyze the main influence factors of cross-border e-commerce suppliers. Finally,it proposes some countermeasures to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Chinese free trade zones.
