Research On Cross Border Electricity Supplier Management In Fuzhou Area Of FTA

In recent years,the country's economic transformation and upgrading has achieved remarkable results,people's living standards continue to improve,and increasingly rich material and cultural needs,providing a vast market for the rapid development of cross-border trade e-commerce industry.In 2017,China's cross-border e-commerce market import transactions reached 1.7 trillion yuan,an increase of 46.7% compared with 2016.Cross-border e-commerce has become one of the main carriers of cross-border consumption in China.The old fixed and single management model has been unable to adapt to this new business model.At this time,the establishment and promotion of free trade pilot area will undoubtedly promote the reform of cross-border e-commerce management and play a catalytic role in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.Since its listing in March 2015,Fuzhou District of FTA has carried out a series of reforms in cross-border e-commerce management,and achieved remarkable results.However,compared with advanced regions,there are still gaps.There are obvious shortcomings in business process,tax management and information application.In the first quarter of 2019,the increase of import value and sales volume is even slight compared with the same period last year.Slide downward.The author is in the functional management department,hoping to make use of the pilot advantages of FTA to optimize and innovate the management of cross-border e-commerce,in order to standardize and boost the role of cross-border e-commerce industry in Fuzhou,and to tap new growth points for Fuzhou's economic development.This paper uses the basic theories of new public management,public execution,market failure and government failure,follows the thinking of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",uses the methods of literature research,case investigation,comparative analysis,and combines with the actual work and relevant literature,analyses and compares the experience and practices at home and abroad,and manages cross-border e-commerce in Fuzhou District of FTA.Starting with the current situation,facing up to the difficulties and shortcomings,this paper makes an analysis of the reasons from the aspects of ideology,talents and hardware conditions,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimization and improvement in the aspects of ideological construction,top-level design,supervision standards,management team and park construction.
