| Hunger breeds discontentment,which has been passing down to now,the influence of "Food" only increased,at present,China’s catering industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the three major industries of our country.Pizza Hut,as the leader of China’s catering business,with its unique characteristic of brand internationalization and management localization,not only has the epitome of foreign advanced training system,but carries with widespread problem in domestic catering training because of the unbalanced localization.To begin with,this paper examined the reality of restaurant staff training management in our country,including the main content of the food and beverage enterprise training,the actual investment,commonly-used methods,and sums up the catering enterprises staff training,which aimed at the following three main problems,arranging from training plan,training implementation and training evaluation.After understood the restaurant environment of employee training,in this paper conducted a field research of the staff training management system of the Pizza Hut for understanding the training architecture,training organization,training system,training methods,human resources situation,training guidance,etc.,on the basis of and training management activities researches in implementation process and linkage.Furthermore,it extracted the existing problems of Pizza Hut,including the training plan,training implementation and training effect evaluation problems;To begin with,based on on-the-spot investigation of the management system of employee training in Pizza Hut,this paper analyzes the current situation of staff training,so as to explore the Pizza Hut staff training exist the following questions: the training content was unreasonable;the level of specialized training was low;focus more on entry-job training than on-the-job training.After that,it Combined with the use of human resources related theory,and the related reasons were analyzed,including lack of needs analysis,blurred sense of responsibility,ignorance of evaluation feedback.On this basis,combining with the learning theory and incentive theory related to Pizza Hut staff training,and then put forward certain corresponding improvement suggestions aiming at the existing problems,including training plan,training implementation and evaluation of optimization measures.Although this article carried on the exploration basing on the empirical research to domestic catering enterprises’ staff training systems,the conclusion of this research was influenced by a certain external validity due to the particularities Pizza Hut itself,which requires deeper verification. |
