Risk Analysis On Debt Financing Platform Of Internet Banking

The risk factor identification,classification,and analysis of the internet debt financing were investigated from the perspective of the enterprise operation in the dissertation,by using the method of whole process risk analysis,FAHP,correlation analysis etc.,and by combining with the investigation of the platform operation model,operation process,risk control model and the profit model.The preliminary assessment of the core risk factors,with impact the platform enterprise operation was discussed.And the qualitative risk early-warning model of internet debt financing platform was proposed,and the application of the model was made with the probability and frequency difference of the risk factors.And the empirical analysis was made according to the data related to operation failure platforms.The basic conclusions are:1)The risks related to the external-environment such as policy risk,nternet risk of amplification,runs risk,etc.;and the risks related to internal environment,such as financing risk,moral hazard,credit risk etc.are identified as main key factors impacting the platform operation.Those risks could also be categorized into the possibly-quantified and the difficultly-qualitified risks.2)The platform should pay attention to the risks related to both internal and external environment.The impact to the operation arsing from the risks related to the internal and external environment was at 40.8%,59.2% respectively,and with possibly-quantified and the difficultly-quantified risks at 68.4%,31.6% respectively3)The core risk of the platform operation includes: absolute risk ?,amplification risk ?,and basic risk TP4)The early-alarming qualitative risk model shows that the total platform risk F1 was composed of riskT0,risk ?,and risk ?,with F₁=T₀+?+?a)S>F1,the platform operation might continue.b)S<F1.The platform operations with high uncertainty and risksc)SF1,the platform operation may result to shutdown at any time.5)During the actual daily operation,the platform should pay very high attention to the liduity risk,legal risk,and credit risk etc.,and should also keep close attention to the policy risk,internet amplification risk,financing risk.
