With the intensification of economic globalization,the external environment faced by enterprises is becoming more and more complicated,and enterprises must stand out in the fierce competition,must become ahead of the competition before the opportunity to seize the innovation,and the courage to bear A certain risk of the enterprise.Many scholars have confirmed through empirical research that entrepreneurship has a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance.However,most scholars focus on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance of individual enterprises,while ignoring the fact that enterprises are not isolated,and the business activities of enterprises are inseparable from the relationship between their social networks and the growth rate of enterprises.The extent to which the network of social relations is used.Although many scholars have explored the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance,few scholars have explored the mechanism of social relations in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.Based on the perspective of social relations,the author explores the mechanism of social network,commercial network and supporting network on entrepreneurial orientation and small micro enterprise entrepreneurial performance.This paper chooses small and micro enterprises as the research object.In order to successfully explore the purpose of this study is to verify the entrepreneurial orientation and the impact of small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurial performance mechanism,and social relations network in the role of the mechanism,this paper first micro-enterprises,entrepreneurial orientation,social networks and entrepreneurial performance theory The paper has constructed the theoretical model on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results and literature data.The model takes entrepreneurial orientation as independent variable,entrepreneurial performance as dependent variable and social relation network as mediator,and puts forward relevant hypothesis according to the model.210 questionnaires were collected according to the actual situation,and the reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out by SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0 statistical analysis software.Finally,the study was carried out.Conclusion and Management Implications.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial orientation and itsthree dimensions(innovation,initiative and risk-taking)have significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance and social networks;(2)corporate social networks and their three(Social network,commercial network and supportive network)positively affect entrepreneurial performance;(3)the social relationship network of enterprises plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.At the same time,this study puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the performance of small and micro enterprises.Enterprises should actively build social networks,commercial networks and support networks.
