In recent years,many scholars have carried out research on the project of“entrepreneurship” to study the impact of entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial subjects and entrepreneurial policies on entrepreneurial success,and have drawn many meaningful conclusions.Team entrepreneurship is one of the most important topics.Many studies show that team entrepreneurship is more likely to succeed than individual entrepreneurship,and the contribution of team heterogeneity to entrepreneurial success is also different.The entrepreneurship itself is also a social activity,and its environment is the society,so the influence of social network on the success of entrepreneurship cannot be underestimated.Many scholars have drawn many different conclusions about the relationship between social network and corporate performance.This paper selects small and micro enterprises as the research object,and explores the impact of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity(age heterogeneity,education heterogeneity,functional heterogeneity)on entrepreneurial performance of small and micro enterprises,as well as the role of social network in its impact process.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign literatures on small and micro enterprises,entrepreneurial team heterogeneity,social relationship network and entrepreneurial performance in recent years.Then,according to the existing research results,we construct a theoretical model with entrepreneurial team heterogeneity(age heterogeneity,education heterogeneity,functional heterogeneity)as independent variables,entrepreneurial performance(growth,profitability)as dependent variables,and entrepreneurial team heterogeneity(age heterogeneity,educational heterogeneity,functional heterogeneity)as mediating variables,and relevant hypotheses are put forward according to the models.The scales used were mostly mature scales at home and abroad.270 questionnaires were distributed,and 216 valid questionnaires were collected.The effective use rate of the questionnaires was 80%.The validity test was performed using AMOS 17.0 statistical analysis software and SPSS16.0 was used for reliability test,software test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,based on the statistical analysis results,research conclusions,management inspiration and future prospects were drawn.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team and its three dimensions(age heterogeneity,educational heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity)have a positive impact on entrepreneurialperformance,and the impact of educational heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance is more significant;(2)The heterogeneity of entrepreneurship team and its three dimensions(age heterogeneity,education heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity)have a positive impact on social network,and educational heterogeneity has a more significant impact on social network.(3)The heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams and all dimensions can affect enterprise performance through the intermediary role of social network,and social network plays a partial intermediary role in the process of influence.
