Research On Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation Of Real Estate Enterprises

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,China’s real estate industry is developing rapidly,and the scale is getting bigger and bigger.At the same time the negative news about the real estate business more and more,along with the sustainable development more and more attention,the real estate enterprises how to assume their social responsibility,pay attention to.So far,only a small number of real estate enterprises have adopted the social responsibility performance evaluation,and the evaluation index system of the present stage is also general.Such as paying attention to the responsibility of shareholders and ignoring the responsibility for public welfare.Specific indicators are not representative.Therefore,in order to better evaluate the performance level of socia l responsibility of real estate enterprises,we must establish a sound social responsibility performance evaluation model.Through the evaluation of the enterprise to make clear its position in the social responsibility,in this process,constantly adjust the enterprise sustainable development strategy mode,and constantly improve themselves,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,this paper compares the current situation of the domestic and foreign research on the performance evaluation,and analyzes the current situation of the development of social responsibility performance evaluation.Then according to the specific situation of C hina and the characteristics of the real estate industry in recent years to select specific indicators to build a social environment in China’s real estate corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system.The quantitative indicators include investors,employees,consumers,suppliers,government,public welfare and environmental resources.Secondly,according to the relevant literature,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the social responsibility performance of Vanke group.Then according to the results of the analysis,the reasons for the results are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
