Corporation Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation System And Application Based On The Sustainable Development Theory

In this paper,corporate social responsibility and corporate performance evaluation are combined.A corporate social responsibility performance evaluation index system based on the sustainable development concept is built by setting index from economic, environment and society and using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method.Using the data from listed state-owned enterprises and private listed companies in 2007,it is found that the social performance of these two kinds of companies is average.On economic,two types of enterprises should both improve their economic performance.On environment, state-owned listed companies should enhance their environmental awareness.This article holds that the industry factor may affect the implementation of corporate social responsibility.And a manufacturing corporate social responsibility performance evaluation supplementary index system in environment is built by taking account G3 standards and relevant laws of China and using the China Ocean Shipping Groups' data as test data.In general,China Ocean Shipping Groups take its social responsibility quite well, especially in its energy conservation.
